The Izod impact testing machine fully complies with the requirements of GB/T1843 "Plastic Izod Impact Test Method" and ISO180, GB/T2611, JB/T8761 standards.It is suitable for measuring the impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as hard plastics, reinforced nylon, fiberglass, ceramics, cast stones, and electrical insulation materials.This machine is a testing instrument with simple structure, beautiful appearance, easy operation and accurate data.The display modes are divided into three modes: pointer dial display, digital LCD display and computer controlled display.Computer control can print experimental reports.The models can be divided into ADN-5.5 type and ADN-22 type according to the impact energy, and can realize the full energy of the cantilever beam impact or any combination of any energy.
Working Principle:
Strike the sample supporting the horizontal beam with the pendulum hammer of known energy, and destroy the sample by one shock of the pendulum hammer. The impact line is located in the middle of the two supports, to impact the energy difference between the pendulum before and after, to determine the energy absorbed by the sample when destroyed. The impact strength is then calculated according to the original cross-sectional area of the sample.
