CHW Series Hot and Cold Water Circulation Testing Machine

This advanced testing system evaluates plastic pipeline systems and fittings according to strict standard specifications. The equipment applies predefined internal pressure while subjecting specimens to alternating hot and cold temperature cycles over extended durations. After completing the required test cycles, the system verifies whether tested components exhibit leakage or rupture defects.

This testing procedure represents long-term stability verification, requiring 5,000 hot and cold water circulation cycles per specimen set. Each cycle lasts 30 minutes (15 minutes cold water followed by 15 minutes hot water), demanding reliable long-term operation and consistent performance from the equipment.

Custom-manufactured for European markets in full compliance with European technical specifications, this machine has demonstrated zero technical or quality faults throughout years of practical operation.

The apparatus consists of four core functional components: cold water exchange execution module, hot water exchange execution module, specimen testing chamber, and industrial chiller. It features elegant appearance design, modular architecture, advanced control technology, stable operation performance, reliable quality, and intuitive user-friendly operation.
