The CHW series hot and cold water circulation testing machine is designed for evaluating pipeline systems composed of various plastic pipes and fittings assembled according to standard specifications. This equipment subjects piping systems to specified internal pressure while cycling between cold and hot temperature conditions over predetermined durations, then examines for leakage or rupture defects.

Testing Methodology

This long-term stability test requires 5,000 cycles of hot and cold water per set of plastic pipeline system specimens. Each cycle lasts 30 minutes (15 minutes cold water followed by 15 minutes hot water). The machine ensures reliable long-term operation and stable performance, having been custom manufactured for European technical standards and proven through years of use across Europe.

The instrument consists of several major components: cold water exchange execution module, hot water exchange execution module, sample chamber, and industrial chiller. It features modular architecture, advanced technology, stable performance, reliable quality, and user-friendly operation.
