JSX-XLW-150 Xenon aging test chamber
Profile.
Xenon aging test chamber simulates the full spectrum lamp with Xenon arc lamp to reappear the destructive wave. It serves for the environmental simulation and accelerated test for research and development, product development and quality control. Besides, the chamber also applies to the choice of new material, weathering test after composition of material and improvement for the current material. It simulate different environment, and show the material changes under the explosion of sunlight.
The chamber conforms to the standard: GB/T16422.1-2006, GJB150.7A, GBT2423.24-2013 and other test standards, (control at 300-400nm, 420nm, 340nm are optional) and so on.
The Chamber is to determine the color fastness, aging resistance of textiles, plastics, coatings, rubber products or other materials by objecting to the simulated conditions of nature weather (sun, rain, temperature and humidity, etc.).

Chamber body |
a. The chamber adopts an integrated structure. The upper left part of the box is the working room, the upper right part is the electrical control room, and the lower part is the compressor refrigeration unit, the xenon lamp condensate tank, the water pump and other execution devices. The electrical control cabinet is placed in the test box. b. Inner wall of the test box is made of SUS304# stainless steel plate. c. Insulation material of the box body is made of polyurethane foam and ultra-fine glass fiber, which has a good insulation effect. The outer surface of the test box is free from frost and condensation. d. A condensate drain at the bottom of the box e. The door frame adopts environmentally friendly silicone rubber sealing strip that can withstand high and low temperatures for a long time. f. A glass observation window on the front of the box, and a protective film is attached to the window to prevent the eyes from being damaged by the xenon lamp. |

Refrigeration system |
a. Refrigeration system: The core of the refrigeration system is the compressor. We use the French Tecumseh branded fully enclosed compressor to ensure the cooling requirements of the working room; b. The design of the refrigeration system applies energy adjustment technology. It ensure that the energy consumption and cooling capacity of the refrigeration system can be adjusted under the normal operation of the refrigeration unit, so that the operating cost of the refrigeration system is reduced, and also reduces the failure rate; c.
