The Plastic Pipe Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine is a hydrostatic and burst testing apparatus engineered for plastic composite and fluid-transport piping. It performs hydrostatic pressure and burst tests on PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PPZ-X, PE, PVC, PE-X and plastic composite pipes, and is compliant with ISO 1167 and ASTM D1598.

The unit adopts a PC-based control architecture that supports long-duration continuous testing with no time limitation and full storage of test process data. Its graphical human-machine interface delivers user-friendly operation, capable of recording abundant test parameters, supporting report archiving, data export and real-time test curve analysis.

• All control parameters — including pressure, duration and precision — can be entered and modified via the upper controller (precision pressure micro-control unit) or the lower computer (PC).
• The upper and lower controllers support synchronous or individual display of time (max. 9999 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds), pressure values (three decimal places), and eight test statuses such as pressurization, pressure holding, pressure relief, running, test completion, leakage and burst.
• Acoustic and visual alarms are triggered for four critical conditions: overpressure, test finish, leakage and pipe burst.
• The system supports viewing, analysis, retrieval, storage and printing of pressure-time test curves, along with related parameters including start time, preset time, real-time time, effective duration, invalid duration, remaining time, overpressure duration and pressure holding duration.
• Independent control is implemented for each test channel without cross-interference. Once one channel finishes its test, the remaining channels keep running, and the equipment shuts down automatically upon completion of all three groups of tests.

The equipment complies with international and domestic specifications including ISO 1167, ASTM D1598, ASTM D1599, ISO 9080, CJ/T 108, ASTM F1335 and other relevant standards.
