Operating Principle
Operators input pipe core parameters including ring stress, wall thickness and average outer diameter via the PC terminal. The system automatically calculates the corresponding test pressure and transmits data to the embedded MCU system through RS232 serial interface for autonomous constant pressure control.
A high-pressure liquid pressure source is provided by the high-pressure pump unit. After precise regulation by the professional pressure control system, the high-pressure medium is delivered through high-pressure hoses to test specimens placed inside the medium incubator to complete long-term hydrostatic endurance tests and instantaneous pipe burst tests.
