Product Structure & Working Principle
This tester consists of a work platform, anti-secondary-impact assembly, support barrel, guide conduit, falling hammer mass, V-shaped fixture, auto drop-hammer actuator, speed reducer, electrical control cabinet, and support frame.
Operating principle: A hammer-holding fixture within the guide conduit lifts the hammer body to the predefined test height using a motor-reducer assembly. Upon triggering the release switch, the hammer falls freely along the conduit and strikes the test specimen to complete impact measurement.
Impact energy is computed from hammer mass and drop height. The anti-rebound mechanism, triggered by photoelectric sensing signals, captures the rebounding hammer to eliminate secondary-impact occurrences.
V-shaped iron fixtures beneath the work platform feature guide lead screws on lateral sides. Manual rotation of the handwheel actuates the V-shaped iron lifting unit for height adjustment.
