This falling weight impact testing machine fully complies with ISO3127 and equivalent testing standards. The testing machine features a drop hammer function with a weight range of 0.5kg to 16kg, automatically measures impact height, and displays real-time height readings. Suitable for both passage method and gradient method testing protocols, it provides a user-friendly, safe, and reliable testing solution.
Testing Principle
Test specimens are impacted by a falling striker with specified mass and geometric form, released from predetermined heights to strike marked positions around the test piece circumference.
Impact intensity can be adjusted by altering striker mass and/or drop height. The highest acceptable value for TIR is specified as 10%.
