The system adopts an under-cylinder main frame as the core structural carrier, configured with high-precision oil pump units and PC servo controllers to achieve multi-channel closed-loop regulation. This enables full-process autonomous adjustment and accurate real-time metering throughout all test procedures.

Overload Protection
When the test force exceeds 2%-5% of the maximum test force of each range, the overload protection mechanism triggers, and the machine shuts down automatically.
When the piston reaches the upper limit of its travel, the travel protection function activates, leading to automatic stop of the pump motor.
