The WAW-D PC-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal tester features a double-space architecture with the oil cylinder positioned at the lower section. This advanced testing machine is designed for tensile, compression, bending, and shear testing of various materials.
The tensile testing zone is situated between the upper crosshead and the middle crosshead, dedicated exclusively to conducting tensile tests on various specimens. The compression testing zone lies between the workbench and the middle crosshead, enabling the execution of compression, bending, and shear tests.
Both testing zones are adjustable automatically through the rotation of the lead screw, which drives the vertical displacement of the middle crosshead to accommodate different specimen sizes.
Primarily engineered for metallic materials testing, this universal tester can also be configured with application-specific fixtures to perform tests on a broad spectrum of non-metallic and composite specimens.
