Computer Servo Control Universal Tensile Testing Machine for Metal and Non-Metal Materials Evaluation and Measurement
Synopsis:
The Computer Servo-Controlled Universal Tensile Testing Machine is primarily engineered for conducting mechanical property tests on metals, non-metals, and composite materials. It supports a comprehensive range of test types, including tensile, compression, bending, shear, tear, and peel tests—with the capability to evaluate key performance parameters such as tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, modulus of elasticity, as well as compression and bending properties.
Upon completion of each test, the software automatically analyzes and processes the test results in accordance with the initial test parameter conditions set prior to the test, and securely stores the data. Additionally, all test parameters and results can be retrieved for review and printed after the test is finished. The software is equipped with flexible control modes, and free upgrades for the test software are provided to ensure it remains aligned with evolving testing requirements and industry standards.
