Principle:
Upon inputting pipe-related parameters (including ring stress, wall thickness, and average outer diameter) into the PC, the system automatically computes the test pressure and transmits the data to the lower computer (MCU embedded system) via the RS232 serial port. The lower computer then automatically maintains constant pressure on the pipe: the high-pressure pump generates a high-pressure liquid pressure supply, which—after processing by the pressure control system—is delivered via a high-pressure hose to the sample placed in the medium incubator. This setup enables the pipe to undergo either a long-term hydrostatic test or a burst test.
