1. Product introduction:
Computer-controlled hydraulic servo loading mode, adopting Japan's SHIMADZU technology, with worm wheel and worm shaft driving the crosshead up and down; featuring double working spaces: tensile tests are conducted on the upper part of the crosshead, while compression and bending tests are performed between the workbench and the crosshead.
The crosshead (middle beam) is moved by a motor, along with a worm wheel and worm shaft structure. This structure enhances machine stability and ensures accurate test data. With minimal friction, it can guarantee a longer service life for the testing machine.

5.Principles of Control Systems:
The hydraulic control section is composed of an oil tank, oil pump, high-pressure oil filter, motor, control valve, etc., and serves to provide stable and continuous high-pressure oil supply to the main body. After power-on, the motor is started and drives the oil pump to work. The oil pump sucks oil and then delivers it to the main cylinder of the universal machine through the oil supply valve and oil pipe. The piston in the cylinder rises and drives the movement of various components to complete the compression or bending test.
