This machine is primarily used for testing the mechanical properties of prestressed steel strands and can also be applied to testing the mechanical properties of steel bars. Equipment expansion:
The design of the testing machine also takes into account the expansion of other fixtures to enable more possible tests. For instance: with bolt fixtures, it can be used for bolt stretching and load holding; with bending fixtures, it can perform bending tests on round rods or plates; equipped with shear clamps, it can conduct shear strength tests on round rods; in the compression space, flexure, shear, and splitting tests can be carried out, and an elastic modulus meter can be added for testing concrete and cement samples. Additionally, with fixtures for steel balls, anchor chains, fasteners, etc., it can complete tests on these products.
Software System:
The test software runs on the Windows operating system and comes with programmable features. It allows any combination of various test modes, such as constant rate test force control, constant rate displacement control, test force holding, and displacement holding. This can meet the requirements of different test methods to the fullest and achieve functions like data display, curve plotting, data processing, storage, and printing as needed for the test. A control signal is sent from the computer to the servo valve to regulate its opening and direction, thereby controlling the flow into the cylinder and realizing constant speed test force and constant speed displacement control. It has complete file operation functions, enabling test reports, test parameters, and system parameters to be stored in file format. The system has different management levels, and system parameters are accessible to expert users, ensuring the system is flexible and reliable to use.

Preparations before installation:
The testing machine should be installed in a clean, dry, vibration-free room with a room temperature ranging from 10℃ to 35℃. Sufficient space (≥0.7m) should be left around the testing machine for testing and maintenance purposes.
The main body of the testing machine should be installed on a concrete foundation. The size of the foundation should be determined based on the shape and the foundation drawing, and space should be reserved for the installation of anchor bolts and other electrical wiring conduits, etc. The upper plane of the foundation should be leveled using a frame-type level. A dedicated oil source does not need to be installed on the foundation but requires the four corners to be level to avoid vibration and noise.
