Working principle:
The main machine adopts a six-column frame structure with four columns and two lead screws. The upper and lower crossbeams form the stretching space, while the lower crossbeam and worktable make up the compression space. Consisting of an electrical controller, servo valve, load sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer, and computer, it constitutes a closed-loop servo control system. This system can automatically and accurately control the testing process and automatically measure test parameters such as test force, displacement, and deformation.

Daily maintenance:
All parts of the testing machine need to be wiped clean regularly. For unpainted surfaces, after cleaning, use a cotton cloth with a small amount of oil to wipe again to prevent rust.
