Plastic HDPE Pipe Hydrostatic Water Burst Pressure Testing Machine is mainly used to determine the resistance of thermoplastics pipes or short-time hydraulic burst to constant internal water pressure at constant temperature. It is applicable to thermoplastics pipes intended for the conveyance of fluids.
1. The machine adopts advanced equipment structure to pressurize airless hydraulic (medium is water) system, which is safe and reliable. 2. Solenoid valve adopts imported high-reliability solenoid valve.
3. High pressure pump head adopts imported high pressure pump head.
4. When the test of a sample is completed, the sample breaks or the sample leaks, it does not affect the continuation of other channel tests, so that a variety of pipeline tests of different specifications, models and materials can be carried out at the same time.
5. The machine has power failure protection function. When a power failure occurs or a power failure occurs for some reason, the test data is automatically restored after the call and the original test data is retained.
