WZY-4030A Number control prototype is used to make all blocks or spline for material detection on non-metallic raw materials, which can process dumbbell, rectangular, round spline, can also process the gap for impact spline, can be irregular plane milling into flat plate
Using CNC technology to control the three-axis linkage system through the program controller, drive XYZ axis motor and supplemented by high-speed spindle motor to form a high-precision machining system, to realize the processing of various graphic samples.
Proctable graphics:
1. The dumbbell spline:
Support for almost all standard dumbbell type spline production. Dumbbell graphics program is built into the software, through the operation interface selection processing, without the user to prepare the processing program, the operation is easy, easy to learn. Special shape programs can be contacted by manufacturers for customization.
2. Rectangular spline:
The most common is the shock spline of 80 * 10. Select the rectangle processing in the software, input the length and width of the rectangle and other necessary parameters for processing.
3. Round sample block:
The most commonly used is the circular Vicat temperature test sample block. Select the circular processing in the software, input the diameter of the circle and other necessary parameters to be processed.
4.Straight cutting:
The cutting operation can be controlled manually, or the straight line processing function in the program can be used to realize the cutting operation of the plate.
5. Gap processing:
Support beam or cantilever beam will often open the standard gap. This machine is equipped with the standard gap milling cutters of R0.1, R0.25 and R1.00, which can produce the three types of gaps specified in the standard on the spline.
6. Flat milling:
The irregular material can be milling into flat plane machining in the software and input the length and width and thickness of the milling surface.
