It is used to determine the resistance to external blows of thermoplastics pipes of circular cross-section. Product Structure and Working Principle:
1. The testing machine is mainly composed of the workbench, preventing secondary impact mechanism, supporting tube, catheter, hammer body, V type body and automatic drop hammer mechanism, reducer, electric control box and stand.
2. Machine working principle: the machine installed intraductal a hammer body jig, through the motor and reducer, drive the jig hammer for ascension, hammer body automatically rise to the required height, pushing the drop switch, make the hammer body sets in the intraductal freedom, impact on the specimen, the purpose of the test. The impact energy can be calculated according to the weight of the hammer and the impact height. After the impact hammer body sample, sample not to produce rebound hammer broken, photoelectric signal control to prevent the secondary impact mechanism will quickly rebound hammer body clip (pick), reach the purpose of preventing secondary impact.
