Ⅰ. Summary:
The hydrostatic testing equipment fully complies with the requirements of GB/T6111, ISO 1167-1, GB/T15560, ASTM D1598, ASTM D1599 standards, and is suitable for hydrostatic pressure test and bursting test on various plastic pipes for fluid transportation. The product has the characteristics of simple structure, high precision, good stability and convenient operation. It is an essential testing instrument for quality inspection departments of various research institutes and pipe manufacturers.
Ⅱ. System Feature:
1. Industrial chip control, direct control.
2. The machine and "precision pressure control unit" multi-channel combination.

7. One microcomputer control one working position, it can separately set and control pressure, accuracy, time and other parameters while the computer does not work. It is also equipped with sound and light alarm when over-pressure, test over, leakage or burst happens.
8. Power protection, test report storage / print output and other functions. Automatically determine the effective time, invalid time, the remaining time and other parameters, to prevent the evening, holidays and other periods of failure time, invalid time.
