Ⅰ. Overview:
Hydrostatic pressure testing machine for long term test 1000 hr and short term test of 1 hr is suitable for the determination of damage resistance time of thermoplastic pipeline under instantaneous hydraulic blasting and long-term constant pressure. It is an indispensable testing instrument for scientific research institute, quality inspection department and pipe material production enterprises. The water pressure testing machine adopts computer embedded control. Modular design with independent control. If any problem occurs, as long as the cut-off valve at the current station is closed, it will not affect the normal operation of other stations. It has the functions of pipe fracture recognition, real-time monitoring, call data recovery, printing, test result storage, sample pretreatment setting and so on. Such a feature, and according to the needs of national holidays, can store up to 7 days of data. This machine is widely used in the internal pressure test of various plastic tubes, which is an ideal testing equipment for building materials industry, pipe manufacturing factory, national inspection department and scientific research department..
Ⅱ. System Feature:
1. Industrial tablet control, direct control.
2. The machine is combined with the "precision pressure control unit" multi-channel.
3. It is controlled both by PC and “Precision Pressure Controlling Unit”.
4. Every station controls separately. The most station can reach 100.
5. It can do hydrostatic test, burst test, 8760 test and so on.
6. The pressure can be from 3 to 100MPa.
7. It can distinguish eight testing condition including pressure up, pressure down, pressure compensation, pressure exceeding, running, ending, leakage, and exploding. And also it can judge both effective and ineffective time parameters automatically. (The effective time means the time of the pressure within the setting pressure.)
