The fatigue testing machine carries on three - wheel load fatigue life test to the automobile V belt, multi - wedge belt carries on four - wheel load fatigue life test;The test procedure conforms to GB/ T 11545-2008 automotive V belt fatigue life test method, GB/T13552-2008 Test method for fatigue life of automobile multi - wedge belt.
Touch screen digital display test power, torque, slip, speed, time, temperature;The curve shows the test power, torque and slip;Slip rate can be set arbitrarily. Spindle speed variable frequency speed regulation, test data automatic printing records, belt tension weight loading. Provide test wheels within AV10, AV13, AV15, AV17, AV22 and 12PK, and can customize test wheels of various specifications.

V-belt and multi-wedge belt fatigue testing machine is composed of frame, loading driving mechanism and test gear train.The loading driving mechanism is mainly composed of main motor, electromagnetic clutch and motor swing arm bracket.The test gear train consists of driving wheel, driven wheel and tensioning wheel. The relative positions of the driven wheel, tensioning wheel and driving wheel can be adjusted flexibly.
