1,Brief introduction:
The main engine is four upright column, two lead screw, and the lower part of the oil cylinder. The stretching space is located above the main machine, and the compression and bending test space is between the main frame, the lower cross member and the worktable. The measurement and control system adopts the full digital multi-channel closed loop measurement and control system. It has three closed loop functions, that is, it can control the stress, strain and displacement closed-loop, and can make no impact switching
2, Drive system
The lifting and lowering of the lower crossbeam adopts a motor, which is driven by a reducer, a chain transmission mechanism and a lead screw pair to realize the adjustment of the stretching and compressing space.
3, Hydraulic system
The hydraulic oil in the oil tank drives the high-pressure pump through the motor into the oil circuit, and flows into the oil cylinder through a high pressure oil filter, a pressure difference valve and a servo valve. The computer sends a control signal to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, thereby controlling the flow of the oil entering the cylinder, and realizing the control of the isokinetic test force and the constant velocity displacement.
