This series of instruments is mainly used for the preparation of test specimens for non-metallic materials (such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene plastic pipes, plates, etc.) and hard plastics, such as stretching, compression, bending, impact, thermal deformation, etc.

This machine mainly includes a cutting host, control system, drive controller, air pump, suction pin device, etc. The control software of this machine's control system is based on the control system developed on the WIN7 platform. The three-axis control working principle is mature and stable, and the advanced three-axis linkage control method uses high-precision ball screw and large step stepper motor to drive the high-speed spindle motor for automatic cutting, ensuring the accuracy of machining operation, It is the most advanced automatic sample preparation equipment in China.

This machine has unparalleled advantages over traditional prototype manufacturing. Firstly, the shape of the sample it produces is not limited. As long as a program is provided, it can produce various shapes of samples, such as strip, dumbbell, circular, and various irregular shapes. Secondly, it has high processing accuracy. Whether it is cutting or milling dumbbells, it is not limited by the shape of the sample. As long as it can be clamped onto the platform, it can be processed.

Product Features:

Cutting host:

1. The frame material is all 6061 aluminum alloy, with a column thickness of 15mm to ensure the strength of the entire machine. CNC CNC CNC machining center is used for precision machining to ensure the accuracy of the parts and the performance of the entire machine,

4. The maximum spindle speed can reach 24000 r/min, and the 1.5kW speed can be variable frequency adjustable. The adjustment can be manually adjusted, making the operation simple and convenient. It is equipped with a large flow refrigeration water pump to ensure long-term stable use of the spindle.

5. This machine is equipped with an XYZ axis limit to avoid accidental operation and collision. It is equipped with a manual handwheel for convenient manual tool setting, micro adjustment, etc.

6. Equipped with a dedicated sample loading device, it can process up to 5 workstations, making installation and operation simple and convenient.

Control system:

1. The machine control system is based on Ncstudio control software developed on the WIN7 platform, with a simple interface and convenient operation.

2. Ncstudio software is used to support the cutting host, and the XYZ and spindle movements and trajectories of the host are controlled through the NC program in the software.

3. Implement the cutting process of the host through the pre set program; The program can also be edited manually, which can assist CAD and other design software, and can be edited in the form of instruction format: G-code.

4. The software interface has functions such as machining trajectory, simulation machining, program editing, various coordinate points, manual control function, automatic control function options, spindle control buttons, etc.

5. The dumbbell shaped sample preparation program for common materials in the processing program can be completed by selecting the corresponding program (due to the large number of sample shapes and sizes, two commonly used cutting programs are configured. If there are special requirements, they can be customized according to the requirements).

Drive controller

It is a control system that connects the control system and the cutting host. It can precisely control the XYZ axis and spindle of the cutting host by receiving instructions from the control system, achieving cutting function and precise positioning.

Silent air pump:
