Summary:

1.The CHW series hot and cold water circulation testing machine is designed for evaluating pipeline systems composed of various plastic pipes and fittings assembled according to standard specifications. The system subjects the piping to a specified internal pressure while subjecting it to alternating temperature cycles between cold and hot conditions over a predetermined duration. Upon completion of the required test cycles, the device examines the pipes and fittings for leakage or rupture defects.

2.This test is a long-term stability test; a set of plastic pipeline system specimens requires 5,000 cycles of hot and cold water, with each cycle lasting 30 minutes (15 minutes cold water followed by 15 minutes hot water). Therefore, the test must ensure reliable long-term operation and stable performance. This testing machine was custom manufactured by our company for a renowned European brand in compliance with European technical standards, and has not exhibited any technical or quality issues during years of use across Europe.

3.This instrument primarily consists of several major components: a cold water exchange execution module, a hot water exchange execution module, a sample chamber, and an industrial chiller. It features an aesthetically pleasing design, modular architecture, advanced technology, stable performance, reliable quality, and user-friendly operation.


Instrument Features:

1.Open structure: High-temperature, high-pressure water exists solely within the sample and its connected pipelines; the equipment features a atmospheric-pressure container design, with all other circulation pipelines operating at atmospheric pressure. Components such as valve bodies and sensors function under normal pressure conditions, ensuring long-term reliable operation of the instrument. This design has been granted a technical patent.

2. Full closed-loop control: The instrument employs an imported fully digital control system that provides closed-loop regulation of the internal pressure in the test pipeline system. During operation, the control system automatically adjusts the main circulation pump and control valves based on parameters such as liquid temperature, operating time, and pipeline flow rate to maintain constant internal pressure throughout the system, ensuring no water hammer occurs even during alternating hot and cold water flows—exceeding national standard requirements.

3. Smart switching: The control system automatically adjusts based on the inlet and outlet water temperatures of the sample pipeline, liquid levels in the cold and hot water tanks, and the switching duration between cold and hot modes. It intelligently operates the return valves of both tanks to ensure that most cold water flows back to the cold tank during cycle switching, with temperature fluctuations between tanks remaining below 3°C, resulting in low energy consumption during system operation.

4.Low-noise operation: The test pipeline is equipped with a water flow controller independently designed by our company, significantly reducing noise generated by high-speed water flow erosion.

5. Refrigeration system: Utilizes imported industrial chillers as the low-temperature cold source, employing water-to-water cooling to enhance refrigeration efficiency and ensure the compressor operates at optimal performance, thereby improving both cooling efficiency and significantly extending the service life of the industrial chillers.
